Over-Thinker, 2023

Terracotta, 18x16x17 cm

A decapitated self-portrait that does not scream but folds inward. The half-closed eyes and suspended gesture allude to a mind trapped in its own labyrinths. Here, the viewer confronts the tension between apparent serenity and inner rupture. The work speaks of overthinking as an intimate prison, and of the vulnerability hidden beneath a seemingly contained surface.
